會員隱私權政策要點

取得的資料
- 註冊成會員時，會需要基本資料、Email、姓名、年齡、地址等。
- 這些資料用於消費、聯繫、訂單與交易確認等。
- 除非你同意，資料不會亂賣或出租。若依法需要協助政府機關，會在合法程序下提供資料。
資料的使用
- 我們的個人資料主要在公司內部使用。
- 未經你的同意，不會給第三方使用或用於非本網站的用途。
- 會不定時寄送產品與服務的資訊。想不收的話，在註冊時勾「不希望收到電子報」；或每封訊息底下點「取消訂閱」。
查詢與更正
- 你可以在「會員專區」用帳號和密碼更新個人資料。歷史的服務內容與消費紀錄等不可在此更動。
密碼與安全
- 你使用時要對帳號及密碼相關行為負責。
- 請勿告訴別人你的密碼；如果你跟第三方分享，後果要自行承擔，並看看對方的隱私政策。
- 如果密碼被盜，用我們說明的方法盡快變更。
資料保護
- 我們會用合理的技術與流程保護你的資料。
- 發現問題會立刻改進，也歡迎你提出建議。

Member Privacy Policy Highlights
Scope of application
- This policy applies to the services and website use provided by 雙流道之驛.
- It also covers the sharing of identifying information when we collaborate with business partners.
- It does not apply to companies outside TISDA or personnel not employed or managed by TISDA.
Collection of member information
- When you register as a member, you will be asked to provide personal data (basic information, email, name, age, address, etc.).
- Uses: for purchases, contact, order confirmation, and order processing.
- Personal data will not be sold, exchanged, or rented without your consent. However, if required by law to assist government agencies, we will provide relevant data under a legitimate procedure.
Use of member information
- All collected data is for internal use within TISDA.
- Without your consent, data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes outside this site.
- We may periodically send product/service information via email or DM.
- To opt out: check “Do not wish to receive newsletters” at registration; or click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of each DM.
Access and correction of member data
- In the “Member Area,” you can update personal data using your account and password.
- History of service content and purchase records cannot be changed here.
Password control
- Users are responsible for all actions under their account and password.
- Do not disclose your password to third parties; if you share your account with a third party, you bear the consequences and review the third party’s privacy policy.
- If your password is compromised, change it immediately using the method described in the “Rights of Revision” section.
Protection of member data
- We will protect personal data with reasonable technical measures and procedures, and promptly improve upon any issues. Feedback is welcome.

- This site may contain links to other websites; content and privacy policies of those sites are not covered by TISDA.
Information security
- To protect credit card data, transactions are directly connected to the bank’s online system; the site does not collect credit card information, reducing risk.
Right to amend
- TISDA may revise this policy from time to time.
- Material changes will be posted on the web page.
